It appears the LM blew it dead. If so, that's doubly bad: poor whistle discipline, and not his call.

Did the announcer say that they were going to put the ball down at the 20?

I am glad #26 orange let up and nothing became of that.

Is this the R the whole way, if the HL has a view, can he not help?

Can't tell where the kick went.  Did it go OB ~A-20 on the H's side?

That's what it looked like to me, looks to have hit and bounced out at the 20 on his side. If so that is why he is stopping the clock and giving the whistle.

Another case of announcer not knowing what they are saying.
