The temperature for SF @ Green Bay could be below zero at kickoff. What tips do you have to dress / officiate in conditions like that?

Layer

I've never remotely called in conditions such as that pray:;
My guess- UnderArmour Cold Gear, some polypropylene longjohns, maybe battery heated socks, gloves, neck gaiters or balaclavas.
With the black pants, its a lot easier to layer up now for sure. They also have those foul weather tops that appear to be like a shell jacket that will help layer up under too.

Whatever it is, don't let the cold distract you from your job! Dress as warm as you need to be. Always better to be too warm than too cold.
I used to let the cold bother me and I would never call my best game. I've since learned to put that out of my head (quit being such a wuss) and focus on the game as if it's room temperature out there.

...as for equipment - the plastic liner shirts are the best thing you'll ever buy. The short sleeved ones are just as valuable as the long sleeved ones! I have the liners that are not attached to the shirt. This is useful if you work college and high school as it can go under any shirt you wear.
I have Under Armor cold gear gloves (the expensive ones). They work pretty well. I also got for a christmas gift a pair of North Face gloves that look incredibly warm. Can't wait to try them out!

I always used a jock strap full of those hand warmers did the trick.

That reminds me of "Revenge of the Nerds."

Better than a jock strap full of Icy Hot...

Pretty good article on battling the cold. If you can stay warm in Green Bay, you can stay warm anywhere.
