I can't wait to hear the facts that were "mischaracterized" as the scumbag's lawyer claimed. Seems there were plenty of witnesses so good luck with that one counselor.
-
In another article I read on USA Today, the ref has just ejected the player for some sort of misconduct. It said witnesses stated the refs head was down and he was sucker punched and never saw it coming with no chance of defending against the blow.
-
Well there you go...poor little player was just trying to lodge a legitimate complaint and ref would not look him in the eye. Pure disrespect!! What more reason is needed to attack him? ???
-
Wow, this is horrific. I'm waiting for something like this to happen in football.
-
Doc,
Sad thing is, I think it already has!

Please don't forget, if anyone of us gets "hands lain on", no matter how little or how much, the attacked HAS TO BE ARRESTED. We owe that to each other, he/she may be sorry, may be embarrassed - he/She has GOT TO GO. IF IT MEANS us SWEARING OUT A COMPLAINT, IT'S GOT TO BE DONE.
By the way, whether the call we might have made, triggers the incident, proves to be dead right, or dead wrong, DOESN'T MATTER. Someone lays hands, They go. Of course you can defend yourself, but no matter, Win, lose or Draw, he/she who started it has to go.
