Title: Spots FED vs NCAA

Runner is nearing the sideline, upright, no contact.  Runner crosses the sideline at the A40, but doesn't actually touch the white until he is at the A41.

Where do we spot the ball?

It's my understanding that FED we would spot it at the A40 and NCAA we would spot it at the A41.  Is this correct?

Correct for FED.  It's the position of the ball when it crosses the sideline.
