Working a JV game last week of the season. During a live ball all 5 officials threw a flag on a different penalty. I can't remember what all the fouls were (I threw one for ineligible downfield because WR covered the TE). No change of possession. All fouls were live ball. There were fouls on both teams. So we just offset everything and replayed the down. Anyone else ever had something like this?

Hate to say it but I had 3 on one play
Defense offside (NCAA). Flag
DPI. Hat
Late hit. Bean bag

Nope. I can't remember having 5 officials on a JV game. ;D
But to answer your question, no, I don't think I've had more than 3 fouls on any one play.

This is why I carry two flags. One on the belt and one in my front pocket.

I did after that. pi1eOn

Three live ball fouls on the same team once, illegal participation, ineligible downfield and holding.

Have had 2 plays with greater than 5 flags:
Play #1 - Punt - running into the kicker(R), illegal block in the back (LJ/BJ), illegal crack back block (HL/U), DB Illegal Late Hit (R/BJ)... amazingly all 4 fouls were against the receiving team so we enforced the late hit and the running into and moved on.
Play #2 - Offensive Holding (R), Interception, PF Face Mask (HL/U), Illegal Crack back (R/LJ), DB PF Fighting (threw a punch - LJ), Horse Collar Tackle (R)... Amazingly got the enforcement right on this one. Declined all A fouls enforced the crack back and then the fighting 1st and 10 for B.
