Title: Kickoff OOB - offsets?

There is one private school in our area that uses (slightly modified) NCAA rules. We had a "fun" situation there yesterday:

Kickoff. Team A gunner held by receiving team player at the B45 - flag down. Kickoff goes out of bounds untouched at the B25 - flag down. After the play, we have a late hit by a team B player - flag down.

... Oy vey. 

After  ^talk, we decide to handle it as we would in NFHS: offset the holding and kickoff OOB, enforce the DB PF, rekick. Are there any other options in NCAA?

Same result in NCAA.
