Title: FG Roughing or Running Into ..Carried Over??
Post by: BoBo on November 05, 2017, 02:33:37 PM
Brain cramping......

On a successful field goal AND

a)roughing the kicker is called can it be carried over?

b) running into the kicker is called can it be carried over?

or in both cases to keep the points on the board you have to decline the penalty.

 ??? ??? ???

Live ball fouls cannot carry over for field goals. It's either the points or the foul.

On a PAT does the enforcement choice now change?

I was pretty sure FGs were that way but I was doubting myself

On a try, roughing can carry over to the kick off. Running into cannot. Only personal fouls and unsportsmanlike conduct fouls carry over on a successful try.
