Certainly is close. He needs to reestablish inbounds before touching the loose ball. I can see why they went with stands.

Agreed. That was close but not obvious wrong. That's kind of a weird one because he had body parts touching in bounds while touching out of bounds, but he wasn't touching out of bounds when he first touched the ball. Does that qualify for re-establishing.

Also agree.  Looks like his knee touches inbounds just before he touches the ball.  Very close call.
