Title: CFO Coordinator's Meeting Report

As expected, the issue of 'mass' UNS fouls was discussed, with a recommendation to make an editorial change to specifically allow such action by the Referee.
I like it.
Not sure if the Rules Committee has to approve an editorial change, or if Shaw is free to do that unilaterally. I could see some resistance from the Committee, but probably not a majority.

The discussion regarding Targeting is interesting in that it shows what a mess targeting is.  The RO changes some calls.  The Coordinators disagree with some of the RO changes.

Gotta fix this, somehow.
