Situation
3rd and 9 from B's 43 yard line  LEFT HASH

Flag for DPI at B's 10 yard OUTSIDE THE NUMBERS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FIELD

Penalty is 15 yards from previous spot

Where will the ball next be snapped??

LEFT OR RIGHT HASH?

The previous spot includes the lateral position.  In your play the ball will be on the left hash.

Exactly.

Had your DPI been at the B40, then it would have been on the right hash since it was a spot foul.
