Of more concern than him leaving is who will assume that role.  Probably some really good candidates, but I know one very scary candidate.  Let's hope for the best.

Of the potential candidates I've heard, Bill Carollo is exceptionally qualified, and makes the most sense, since they seem to be batting this position between the Big 10 and SEC.  You'd be hard pressed to find somebody better.
