I hope you all are members of the CFO. They just released a pre-season training video regarding targeting, and it is EXCEPTIONALLY good. Great examples of targeting and not targeting, with complete explanations of why and why not. FBS guys will probably always need replay to get these right, but the on-field guys are getting better and better at recognizing what is, and what isn't targeting. And these videos are what are getting the job done. Great work, Steve Shaw, et al.
