Title: 2020-21 FCS National Championship
Post by: NVFOA_Ump on May 12, 2021, 12:53:30 PM
Just got word that a our longtime rules interpreter and member of our board here in southeastern Massachusetts has been selected as the referee for Sunday's 2020-21 FCS national championship game. It's on ABC CBS and No. 1 South Dakota State faces No. 2 Sam Houston this Sunday, May 16, at 2PM in Frisco, Texas. Both schools are looking for their first FCS national title.

Cool.
My son attended Sam Houston, and we have been to some of their previous attempts to win a championship (unsuccessfully). I have been getting almost daily e-mail from Sam to purchase tickets to the game. Sorry. Not this year. But 'Go Sam.' That game against James Madison was astounding. Really good performance in the second half.
Should be fun. Hope your friend has FUN!

Just noticed this morning while setting up to record that today's game is on ABC not CBS.

Friend of mines daughter dates Sam’s punter. Their family goes to every game just to see him punt once or twice a game because the offense is so good
