I have quite a few more that I've been collecting as a side project that I can share ( I wanted to make a project similar to https://www.crewsaver.app/, but all are going to be older tests, so may have a few incorrect answers.

Contact RefQuest support directly. I had the same issue as I'm in the UK, but their support team were able to help get me registered so I now have access to everything again.
