There you have it, the new rules probably don't send shock waves thruout the football world, but 'tis a sign that our game seems to be going quite well. The referenced arm-sleves are sleves worn without being attached to the undershirt. Some have been found to contain sticky matter that can aid in holding on to the football. In 2027, a mfg. stamp will be needed on such to insure that application doesn't exsist.
