In the Big Ten it will be 12 seconds.

Is that the Big 10 that has 12 teams or the Big 12 which has 10 teams?

Query: The score is either (A) tied or (B) team A is behind, and in both cases it is the end of the half and inside 1 minute to go.  If team A throw a second forward pass that is incomplete, would this foul qualify for the 10 second run off?  In short, do all illegal forward passes qualify or do we have to read intent?

Both would qualify....intent makes no difference. All incomplete IFP's qualify.
