Title: Pre-game letter

We are going to be sending a letter to the caoches and the home AD before each and every game.  Does anyone else do this and do you have any sample letter to give me some ideas?

Nah, we're not that polite. What are the basic details of this letter?

Introducing the crew, what time we will be arriving at the school so they can have someone there to let us know where to dress,  which official will be on thier sidleine, a quick review of the rules changes, etc.

Here is my AD and Home coach letter that I sent out today.  I also send a letter to the Visitor coach as well.  It's the same as the Home coach beside the request for the game tape.

Our Referee (crew chief) just calls the home AD and gets the arrival info,names and locker room etc. He then emails us with the ADs name and phone number so we all have it in case of car trouble or whatever.
