Title: Maryland's new uniforms
Post by: Tom.OH on September 05, 2011, 08:05:17 PM

I saw on ESPN the uniforms Maryland was wearing against Miami. Did they lose a bet?
Sorry I could not find a web site with them but the helmets were yellow/black on one side and red/white on the other side.

The rain storm last night caused power problems which knocked out my sat receiver.  What little I saw I was not impressed.  Sometimes somebody needs to tell Nike, UnderArmour, et al, "Ummmmm, NO"

I like what Nike does, expecially the Pro Combat sets. That Under Armour Maryland was wearing though....*shudder*.

It was a clever deception tool.

This was one of 32 (32!!!!) different combinations they could wear this year: http://www.umterps.com/view.gal?id=100044

And I don't even see the unis they wore this weekend in the line up!

I actually liked the uniforms they worse this weekend. Thought they looked cool.

They looked like after the game they would be test dummies for a crash commercial.
