Title: Illegal block in the back call.

Team A had the ball 3rd and 15 from the team b 45 yd line.  During a run that ended on the team b 7 yd line that would be for a 1st down.  An illegal block in the back was called at the team b 23 on team a.  Where is the spot down and distance after the penalty mark off?

The basic spot is the B-7.  The foul occurred at the B-23.  The foul occurred behind the basic spot which is the One in the All But One.  We would penalize 10 yards from the spot putting the ball at the B-33.  We'd replay 3rd down.  It's 3rd/3 from the B-33.
