Man, get beat once by the Pony Express, and poor Patterson melts down.  Won't help SMU anymore, and then goes off on the officials.  Didn't see any of the game, but it is hard for me to believe that C-USA officials would have it in for the Mighty Horned Toady Frogs.

You could substitute "Alabama" and "Auburn" for "SMU" and "TCU" and the article would make perfect sense.

Ask Troy Trojan fans what they think of CUSA offciating; I think you would get a similar reaction to Patterson's.  But, that could be said many times for every conference over the years by every fan base in the country.
