I'm with Bolt here. There is one situation in which the narrator says if A player had blocked low towards the middle of the field, it would not be a foul.
Crack backs are, in my view, blocks that happen at the beginning of a play... While the ball is still being carried around the backfield and, therefore, B players are tracking it down and won't see a low block coming from the blindside
But there're some blocking on the video that I'd call legal and the narrator calls illegal
