I'm with Bolt here. There is one situation in which the narrator says if A player had blocked low towards the middle of the field, it would not be a foul.
Crack backs are, in my view, blocks that happen at the beginning of a play... While the ball is still being carried around the backfield and, therefore, B players are tracking it down and won't see a low block coming from the blindside

But there're some blocking on the video that I'd call legal and the narrator calls illegal

Depending on the type of play, a block back toward the original position of the ball can happen almost any time.  There is a whole list of plays when they can happen well after the snap:

1.  Single Reverse
2.  Double reverse
3.  Flea flicker (double reverse w/a QB pass)
3.  QB roll-out pass play that breaks down
4.  QB run-toss option
5.  Power sweep and more ........

IMO what we can agree on is that when the LBZ is gone, and the ball is 8-10 yards beyond the NZ then at that point we should probably not be flagging an outside-in BBW.  I believe from the videos that we've been seeing and the guidance we've been given the 8-10 yard range is what we should be using until explicitly directed otherwise.
