I have a couple problems with the NCAA portion that list. First, it is not a foul if a player is blocked into the kicker, legally or illegally. Second (and I've heard this from others before) can somebody point me to where the NCAA rulebook says a coach can't be on the field during a timeout?

Rule 9-2-1-b-1.

9-2-1-b-1 simply says they can't be in the field of play without permission. That's a big difference from not being allowed on at all. Are you saying that you flag any coach who crosses the sideline during a timeout?

You have to use common sense. The supervisors I've been around have no problem with the coaches who are 3-4 yards out. It's those who want to come to the numbers (and beyond) that give them heartburn.
