I would appreciate some help. RE: HIGH SCHOOL RULES  What would be the official's call of (2) holding penalties by the OFFENSE and (1) facemasking penalty by the DEFENSE on the SAME PLAY? Thanks  MCK from Indianapolis

Live-ball fouls by both teams result in a replay of the down, regardless of how many each team commits.

+1 this is a double foul under 10-2-1 and the down is replayed.

I think the ruling on this situation would be the same in all three major codes (NF, NCAA, NFL). Repeat the down from the previous spot.

We're assuming this play has no change of possession or the fouls occurred before the last change of possession, otherwise it may be a bit more complicated.

If you want to show the math, B cannot accept more than one live ball foul by A -- all others are automatically declined. In the end, you have 1 enforceable live ball foul on each team, which offset, replay the down.

Right.  I presumed the OP was a non-official & gave the LCD answer.
