During return of free kick, B12 has facemask grabbed and twisted at B35. Does not go down, breaks free, retreats trying to get around and is tackled at B27.
End of the run or spot of the foul?

End of the run. It is a foul by the team not in possession during a run play so it will be enforced at the basic spot. Since this run play had no neutral zone (it was a fee kick down), the enforcement spot has to be the end of the run.
