Not sure what they mean by "Version 1," but here are my answers:
1. A, 2/2, B-38, snap. No foul for illegal touching (not intentional). Clock starts on snap following BC/ball going OB during last 2 mins of 2nd/4th periods.
2. A, 3/7, A-35, snap. No foul for intentional grounding (more by philosophy than rule).
3. A, 1/10, B-35, snap. B fouled before last gaining possession, so both live-ball fouls offset.
4. A, 3/9, B-35, ready. Lifting the ball is a foul (Illegal Snap), and the ball never became alive, thus, no interference foul by B65.
5. Deja vu all over again. B, F/K, B-20, F/K rules. Impetus is with B44's fumble (like it or not); so, when it goes OB behind the goal line (after having traveled into the field of play, then returned behind the goal line), that's a safety.
6. A, 1/10, A-45, ready. Tripping is not allowed against any player, including the ball carrier. The 15-yard penalty is enforced from the end of A44's run.
7. A, 1/10, B-45, ready. Roughing the passer by B89 for forcible contact at/below the knees on a player in a "passing posture." The penalty is enforced at the end of the last run (if no change of team possession during the down).
8. A, 1/10, B-30, ready. No foul for horse-collar tackle, since the BC was not pulled down immediately.
9. A, 1/10, B-16, ready. The information given is not as complete as it needs to be. However, it appears that A88 was never "airborne," and his left foot was in contact with the ground throughout the catch. A88's right foot had been OB, briefly, but was no longer touching the ground when he first touched the passed ball. Since A88 had been "forced" OB, his touching of the ball was legal; thus, the pass is complete. The contact that forced A88 OB momentarily was a DPI foul. The penalty for the DPI foul would be penalized at the previous spot, 15 yards, which would put the ball at the B-25. The pure result of the down is A, 1/10, B-16, which is better than the penalty, so A will decline the penalty. Without information to the contrary, I conclude that A88 was tackled inbounds, so the game clock starts on the Referee's signal.
10. A, 3/14, A-26, ready. No clock adjustment. Again, we are left to 'interpret' some of the facts. Replay stopped the game, but there is no indication that there is indisputable evidence regarding A1's knee touching the ground. But, if we are to take the statement as being "affirmative," then A1 was down at the A-26. Replay will correct the dead-ball spot. However since the game clock would not have stopped had he been ruled down at the A-26, there will be no adjustment to the game clock (it will remain at 0:32), and it will start on the Referee's signal. Team A can always use their final time-out, if they elect.
11. B, 1/10, A-35, snap. Again, not as much info as we really need, but, "assuming" B32's knee was down at the B-40, Replay will correct the dead-ball spot to the B-40. Personal fouls can not be "forgiven, just because they occur during a technical dead-ball period. So the Facemask foul will be enforced at the Succeeding Spot, taking the ball to the A-45. Replay should also adjust the game clock, to put the amount of time consumed during the "runback" back on the clock.
12. A, Try, B-3, no clock. Once more, we have to make an assumption here. But, assuming A80 was not "going to the ground" when his feet returned to the ground, i.e., he was under complete body control when he controlled the ball, then that is a catch, even though contact by the opponent caused the ball to come loose. An upright player need only demonstrate control of the ball to be credited with a catch. Touchdown.
I could be wrong about all of them.
