This sort of mistake simply should not happen.

Replay determines running was out of bounds at the A-19, and puts 6:36 on the game clock!
Should have replay messed with the clock at all in this situation? The change was dealing with the spot of the ball. In both cases the clock mechanics remained the same, clock stopped with the play out of bounds, and restarted when the ball was spotted. There was the normal delay between a foot hitting the sideline, an official signalling the clock to stop, and the clock stopping. Seems to me the appropriate action would leave the game clock alone, respot the ball, and put 25 on the play clock, and wind both of them.
Though, overall, Big 12 replay can't make these basic administrative errors.
