CFO Video 2 - Play 8
« on: August 22, 2011, 09:19:24 PM »
CFO Video 2 came out today.  Very strange explanation on Play 8.  I get the fact the blocker went high.  No brainer on that but RR described the blockee as "defenseless" as he was "blindisded".  The guy was moving to tackle the runner!!!!

This is the same video as Chapter 4 of the National Training Video (Personal Fouls), but the title of the download is Points of Emphasis and Unsportsmanlike Conduct. Do you suppose they attached the wrong video?

As for Play 8, I think they want to get rid of blindsided hits - period. Make that call in 2011 and you'll be a hero.

The new video is now posted.  Still mainly pers fouls witha few Uns Conducts thrown in (to include the Ok State defender's Td where he pranced parallel to the goal line and then went to stands.  RR says 2 uns conducts for him

Two flags in the film room, but how many will we see on the field?
