well… who am I to question RR's judgement but there should be no denying that the first block has launching markers…

not saying it's a foul, but the blocker did launch

just because there is a launch doesn't mean that there is a foul.  It is a high risk indicator but it is not cause for a foul simply because a player launches.

The third block -- the one closest to the punting team's goal line -- looks close to targeting on film but might have been different on the field.
