Are you talking bigtime NCAA travel or Friday night from office to stadium?

I've got an UnderArmour bag I bought from USA Football a few years back when they were selling UA products.  Its as good as I've found.  I always prefer a bag with a separate shoe pocket to contain the wet grass clippings or turf pellets and this model has it.  the down side is the shoe pocket extends into the main compartment so it can make packing the uniform and accoutrements a bit tight when cold weather arrives and you have more stuff to pack.

While it appears my model isn't sold anymore, this is as close as I can see:

I'm a big fan of the carry-on bag with wheels.  I have an american tourister.  Bought it from K-mart a few years back for about 50 bucks.

I use a hard shell, rolling carry-on.

Going to the game, my uniform is folded.  All of my flags, bags, whistles, etc. are in plastic bags.  My shoes are in a shoe bag.  Everything fits in the hard shell carry-on, along with my hat in a cap-caddy.

Going home is about the same, but my uniform is now in a dirty garment bag.

I carry a separate bag (historically a messenger-style bag, but this year I'm switching to a small backpack) that has foul reports, game cards, rules/mechanics books, quizzes, notes, etc.

FYI - That storm bag does NOT have a separate shoe compartment.  I've got one of those that I use, but I've also got a shoe bag.

I'm probably too late on this, but I picked up an Olympia SRD bag a couple of years ago and it works great.  Lots of pockets for things.  Waterproof it and you're good to go.
