Spearing by B3, DB PF by B29, and the covering official has no flag on the ground for either foul, despite oh-so-practiced form for winding the clock when the play ends well inbounds?

The flank official here, at best, had a very bad moment. At worst, he's a goofball. Either way, this does not help our cause.
