Two neighboring High Schools in my area honoring an Oakland County Sheriff Deputy killed in the line of duty. He was the school liaison officer at one of the schools. His family was given commemorative jerseys with his badge number (#663). They raised over $5000 for a scholarship program for students interested in law enforcement careers.
