Based on supply chain issues and production delays, the 2022 Football Rules Book and 2022 Football case Book are not available to ship to all officials as of now. The Rules Book should be available today and the Case Book within a week. We are posting the pdf of the Rules Book and Case Book today on the CFO site under the Rules tab, and the searchable version of the Rules Book will be available early next week. Based on the fact that you need the Rules Book information before taking the National Test, the release of the test is now moved to Thursday, July 7 and the test will close on July 21.
