Just appearing on the RefQuest web site, Ron Snodgrass, a Referee from the Big 10, is the new National Coordinator of Officials. Best of luck to him.
It doesn't say he is the Secretary-Editor of the Rules Committee, however. Looks like someone else will get that post.
From my viewpoint, this is good news.
