Holy cow. I just saw highlights of the Navy-Maryland game and I'm stunned by what I saw from the Navy head coach.
Short version...Navy out of timeouts at end of first half. 3rd down deep in Maryland territory. Navy QB runs to about 3 and fumbles. Crew stops clock to see who has football. Crew determines that Navy still had possession and winds the clock. Navy can't get the FG unit on the field as time expires in the first half.
Nothing really big there.
ESPN interviews Friedgen then immediately after the interview, they show a shot of the sideline. Navy coach is HACKED and hollering at the R. R spins around and says something. Navy coach goes FREAKY, rushes the R and gets nose-to-nose.

If your cable provider offers ESPN3 - you can see the game on replay there. Jump to the 1 hour 20 minute mark. It happens right after the Friedgen interview.
Hoping TxMike or someone can get us a video here.
I'm sure there are two sides to every story, but this is not something I expect from any D1 coach - much less a coach at the US Naval Academy.
