Not sure if this has been addressed or not.
Team A is lined up with all 11 players within 5 yards of the ball when the ball is made ready for play for the free kick. After the ready for play, A44 runs onto the field to replace A22. A44 is inside the 9 yard marks but at the A-25 when A22 has made it clearly off the field. A44 makes his way to within 5 yards of the ball and (a) is still running forward when the ball is kicked or (b)is in a "set" position when the ball is kicked. Ruling?
