I know the new rules are not passed yet, but

8. Jersey Numerals (Rule 1-4-4-c-3)
Change in bold:
3. Numerals. The jersey must have clearly visible, permanent Arabic numerals measuring at least 8 and 10 inches in height front and back, respectively, of one solid color which itself is clearly in distinct contrast with the color of the jersey, irrespective of any border around the number. (Remaining language remains unchanged.)

So these are going to be illegal I'm taking it? What about all the U. of Oregon jerseys?

They probably technically will be illegal but if a team trots out in those and they're still legible I wouldn't make an issue out of it.  The shoulders are probably technically illegal but they have been all along and we've let those pass.

I think they're trying to avoid this situation...
