PSK, offseting fouls and the crazy mind of officials

Guys, one of the officials here posted me this situation

FG try from B-16. During the flight of the kick A69 holds an oponent at the same time as B77 pulls the facemask of an oponent at the line of scrimmage. The kick is wide right.

What happens then?
What I got is (10-1-4 exc 2) B declines the offseting and we have to enforce B's facemask as PSK.

I might be getting this wrong, but PSK in this case is B-20 right?

So by 3-and-1, enforcement should be from spot of the foul since the fous was at B-16 and PSK is B-20

So I'd have B 1/10 @B-8 snap 25s

Am I missing something?

With the new PSK rules, you're not missing anything, I think.
