Those AR's did not exist last year so it is not like they were left out. Plus, the AR's applicable to 1-1-1-b-2 would have to be in the 7-1-4 area (fouls at the snap) and not in the 7-1-3 area (fouls before the snap). Those same AR's were listed in the 2012 book at 1-1-1-b-2. But, like I said, they did not exist then either. Maybe the change was supposed to be the removal of those AR references ? The 2011 book did not include those AR references at 1-1-1-b-2 but there were actually AR's 7-1-3-VII - IX and they covered alignment of players who were exceptions to the mandatory numbering rule.
