What maven said. In addition, it seems to me that the only interesting part about this question is a potential forward/backward pass ruling on the field. But, as I read the rules, this is reviewable, so that would make answer a) wrong.
If this is the actual question posed, please let the question writer know that play situations really need to have all relevant information. In this case what is missing is down and distance, starting yard line, location of the first pass, direction of the first pass and the location where the QB received the first pass. Any of these (OK, down and distance have little bearing here) could affect the correct ruling and potential for review.
