4th and 4 at 50.  Defense coms across LOS early and makes contact with guard.  Crew whistles and flags but snapper goes ahead and snaps, QB runs straight ahead about 5 yards before a LB gives him a shoulder to the chest and knocks him down.   A teammate of the QB runs to the LBs and verbally "assaults" him.  Crew steps in and restores order.  What next?   (This can happen, we have video evidence  :-)  )

How good-tempered a game was it up to that point?

Two dead ball fouls with a delay between them and different players?  I'm likely going to get B on both fouls and enforce them in the order they occurred (20 yards).  Emotions run high and verbal assault isn't the same degree as a contact foul.  We tend to always see the retaliation fouls, but in this case, we saw what started it.  I've always been told that if you can get the one that started it, you should.  I think that is especially true here where you have contact vs non-contact on the second foul.  I'm really hopeful that the R had a mic for this one!

Now that I have seen the film...this is the actual chain of events.

DB Offside by B. Qb takes "snap" and runs 5 yards straight ahead where he gets  a shoulder from B40 and falls to the ground.  A team A lineman approaches B40 and the 2 simultaneously begin cussing at each other

My guess is: Conduct all fouls in the order of occurence:

(1) Dead Ball Offside(5 yards) ~ Defense / 1st and 10 @ the B-45 yard line.
(2) Dead Ball Delay of Game(5 yards) ~ Offense / 1st and 10 @ the 50 yard line.
(3) Dead Ball Personal Foul(15 yards) ~ Defense /  1st and 10 @ the B-35 yard line.
(4) Dead Ball Unsportsmanlike Conduct(15 yards) ~ Offense / 1st and 10 @ the 50 yard line.(Ultimate spot following all penalty activity.)

If these are the four fouls you've got, then this is the correct spot. But note that penalties 3 and 4 should not be separately enforced; rather, they should offset. (It doesn't make a difference in this situation, but if half-the-distance considerations came into play, then offsetting would be different from enforcing both in succession.)

A collection of DB PFs and USCs, that includes at last least one by each team, gets offset with no yardage assessed. Those other two fouls, not being PFs or USCs, do get administered in chronological order.

Also the down and distance does not change when DB fouls cancel, so if the other DB fouls do not result in a first down, the chains won't move.
