Idaho High School Officiating

I have a friend who will be moving to Moutain Home ID and is interested in officiating football. I did a google search and only found something called "3rd Distrcict." Their website gave no indication (that I could find) on the georgraphical area they cover.

If there is anyone who can point me in the right direction, I'd be abliged.

It's Idaho, there are only 8 high schools in the whole state!

That was the only "chapter" website I found but it didn't give any indication of the geographic area of the state they covered.

The third district covers the full Treasure Valley area, from the Oregon border (and actually pick up a few games in Ontario for Oregon) to roughly the Mountain Home area.  They also go up into the mountains a bit around those areas.  Most of the games are in the Boise area, where the meetings also used to be held.
