So, Redding makes another video "interpretation." Even if a Team B substitute is actually on the field before/at the snap, but he entered the field just before the snap, he says this is a violation of the spirit and intent of substitution rules, and is to be considered a foul.
I don't have heartburn with this being illegal, but please change the rule to make it so. Maybe they will for 2020.
I have no way knowing. Does Redding clear these interpretations with Shaw? Will Shaw want to address this for 2020?
Probably shouldn't fret about these things.
