  A4/10@A40 A1s punt is shanked high and to the side, A80 attempts to catch the ball, but muffs it at the A-48 and the ball bounces to the B-39 where B1 possesses is and returns the ball to midfield. During the kick, B11 blocked A95 in the back at B-45... ruling?

The IBB will be enforced as a PSK foul with the end of the kick (B-39) being the enforcement spot since it is behind the spot of the foul. A accepting the foul cancels B’s option to take the illegal touching. It will be B’s ball 1st and 10 at the B-29.
