A block by a signaler who doesn't touch the ball is a PSK foul on scrimmage kicks. Acceptance of the penalty for B's foul eliminates the opportunity for Team B to invoke the illegal touching privilege. While still in the pocket, and to conserve yardage legally, a passer must throw the ball into an area occupied by an eligible Team A player. The passed ball striking A66 is of no consequence. There is no ITP foul, since it wasn't touched intentionally, and there is no IDP foul, since A66 was not (and presumably was never) more than 3 yards beyond the NZ when the pass was thrown. With no eligible Team A player in the area, this is intentional grounding, and the penalty is loss of down at the spot of the pass. While a BC may continuously contact an opponent's helmet/facemask, he may not grasp a helmet opening and twist/turn the helmet. This live ball foul is a Basic Spot/3 & 1 principle foul, and would result in A, 3/20, A-10. However, the dead-ball UNR, enforced in the order of occurrence, by B54 would then take the ball to the B-25, with a first down for Team A. With no indication as to time, the presumption is made that the game clock will next start on the referee's signal, and the play clock will be set to 25 seconds (due to the completion of the penalty), and will also start on the referee's signal.
7. 1/10 @ A-30. A88 is airborne and secures firm control of A12’s forward pass. A88’s right foot lands inbounds and he maintains firm control of the ball as he contacts the ground at the A-45. B28, who has a foot out of bounds, has his hand touching the ball while A88 is airborne and in firm control of the ball.

This is a successful pass completion, and the game continues by rule. The game clock - stopped to award a new series to Team A - will next start on the referee's signal. The play clock is set to 40 seconds and should automatically start when the ball became dead with the previous down.
8. 3/6 @ B-12. The clock is stopped with 0:08 remaining in the 4th Quarter, and the score is tied. Team A sets up for a field goal attempt and the kick is blocked behind the neutral zone and muffed by players from each team until it goes out of bounds at the B-17. The ball never went beyond the neutral zone during the down. Two seconds remain on the clock when the ball is declared dead.

This is a scrimmage kick that has gone out of bounds. By rule, the ball belongs to Team B at the dead-ball spot.
