Play 1:  The action by B77 is legal so that has no bearing on this play.  All we have is an Illegal Touch at the A-42 and a foul for KOB at the A-44.  Team B could elect to have the ball 1st and 10 at the A-42 but not likely here.  The best option would be to tack on 5 yards from the OOB spot and make it B, 1st and 10 at the A-39.  Of course they could choose to penalize A 5 yards and re-kick.

Play 2:  This is a personal foul by team B for making forcible contact to the knee area of a player in a passing posture.  The 15 yard penalty will be from the previous spot in this play making it 1st and 10 at the B-30.  Team A will choose to have the game clock start on the snap.

Illegal touching by A80. Illegal kick OB by Team A. B77 is not restricted in when or where he may block a Team A player - no foul. Even if A11 is the kicker, the restriction on blocking the kicker is 5 yards from Team A's restraining line, or touched by ANY player, so still no foul. Team B can 1) take a 5-yard penalty at the previous spot and repeat the kickoff; 2) invoke the illegal touching privilege and take the ball at the A-42; or 3) take a 5 yard penalty from the dead-ball spot (to the A-39), 1/10. My guess is they will take option 3.

That is a 15 yard penalty at the previous spot, with a first down for Team A. With less than 2 minutes in the 2nd/4th periods, a foul by the team ahead in score gives the offended team the option to start the game clock on the 'ready' or on the 'snap.' Team A will elect 'snap.'
