Which states are using Refpreps as an online source for training new officials instead of using in person instruction?

(Let me clarify. I don't know anything about RefPreps. It may be a good web-based product, as such products go. But there is no acceptable substitute for in-person communication and training. None. I hope nobody is moving to web-based training as their primary means of training.)

I can't even tell what it is, there's literally no training (or other information available on the site that I can see: http://www.refprep.com/football/

Looks like the website is just now in development, as in, "Hmm, let's start building a website".
