At game speed, I'd flag that every time.  It's certainly much closer on replay.

Closer? - to what?  What part of the back was initially contacted that makes this an illegal block?

The helmet is in front, and while that in itself is not an indication of anything it puts the blocker's shoulder on his opponent's arm.  The arm extends out from the shoulders, not between them.

IMO it's not only close - it razor close.  The poll says that 50% of us see this as a foul, and 50% say no.  And that 50% that says no have probably watched it dozens of time frame by frame.  As I said earlier at full speed, seeing this once at ground level, it's a foul every time.  And the location of the helmet has nothing at all to do with the call - the blockers shoulder hits the defenders shoulder IN THE BACK.  Although close, I've still got a flag after lots of replays.  That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
