It is my understanding the SEC puts their bowl crews together based on individual rankings at respective positions. That said, I doubt any regular season crew will remain intact for a bowl.

Not sure what significance, if any, to put to this..but a statistical breakout of conferences showing # of teams they have in bowls and # of crews they have in bowls.  Big Ten, ACC and WAC did very well, SunBelt, CUSA, and MAC-not so much

Conference       # teams in bowls        # crews in bowls
SunBelt                      4                                1
SEC                            9                                4
Big Ten                      7                                 5
Big XII                       9                                 4
ACC                            6                                4
PAC 12                       8                                 4
Big East                      5                                 3
MWC                           5                                 3
CUSA                           5                                2
MAC                            7                                 3
WAC                           2                                 2

I think rightfully so.
The MAC is a feeder into the B1G.  Is SunBelt and/or CUSA a feeder to ACC and/or SEC?

Sun Belt is a feeder to the SEC. C-USA feeds oblivion.

A few years ago I recall people talking about C-USA feeding the NFL, is that still true or am I remembering wrong?
