Clearly a move designed to cause B to jump into the NZ. I can only assume the snapper didn't think B were in the NZ, so he didn't snap. But, the A coach was clearly expecting that result, since he ended up calling T/O, when he didn't get it. The team was't prepared to run a play otherwise.
False start. We need to make these calls to nip these things in the bud, before they become full-blown thorn bushes.

The only way out of this one is if that's what they do all the time regardless of down and distance - highly unlikely though.  Yes, should be flagged - does more for us not only in this game but in future games with that team and others as the word will get around.

If this isn't "a lineman moving his foot, shoulder, arm, body or head in a quick, jerky motion in any direction" I don't really know what is.
