Unsportsmanlike conduct

Having a brain fart here, an unsportsmanlike conduct is automatic first day correct? ???

For example, A 3/35 @ A 10, B45 sacks QB11 at the A10, and then starts to do a choreograhped act dance.  A1/10@A20, right?

Some fouls that use the uns conduct signal to signal them do carry an auto 1st down.  But some do not.  The one you mentioned in your example does carry the auto 1st.
